The three C’s of our leadership team are communication, cohesiveness and commitment.  Open communication and cohesiveness – a united vision - are important management strengths, but really, it’s the total commitment to our customers that lies behind why we come to work every day.  

 

If you add it all up, we have many years of experience – both in our Cubic careers and our in-depth knowledge of the revenue management industry.  And we keep our eyes open for those who will lead after we are gone. We know, if they’re ready to take on our role, then we’ve done our job.
