Paul Muldoon
Senior Vice President, Business Development

Paul Muldoon is senior vice president, business development, for Cubic Transportation Systems North America operations, and leads the commercial sales, marketing and communications functions. He was previously responsible for business development activities in the Western U.S.  

Prior to his commercial career, Paul spent nearly 15 years in the public/government sector, including positions with the cities of Bellevue, Wash., and Chicago, as well as the Northeastern Illinois Regional Transportation Authority in Chicago. 

He served in the US Air Force and has a bachelor’s degree in transportation and public administration from Indiana University.
