Pradip is chairman of Cubic Transportation Systems subsidiary in India, as well as vice president of engineering for the company's North American operations.

Innovation and successful deployment of a complex system are two goals that drive Pradip.  As vice president, engineering, Pradip has overall 
responsibility for all engineering teams in the organisation involved in the development and delivery of multi-application integrated systems.

Currently his teams are developing new products and applications that incorporate electronic and mobile payments in payment processing systems and services and exploring new areas where advancements in RFID and NFC technologies can be used to deliver new capabilities.

Pradip has been with the company since 1988 and has been involved in the successful implementation of large complex systems including London Underground, New York City Transit, Chicago, the Far East, Brisbane and Sydney.
