Previously Leanne was Senior Global Human Resources Manager for TA Instruments, a market leading scientific instrument manufacturer.  Her responsibilities covered 11 countries including western Europe and India.  She has taken a lead role in a number of business reorganisation including transferring design and manufacturing operations to the USA and acquiring a business in the Nordic region.  Leanne has a broad generalist background gained from working across a number of industries including semi-conductors and the arts.

 

Leanne holds a BA (Hons) from Surrey University and is Chartered FCIPD (Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development).
