Customer services director since 2007, Joe is responsible for all operational support and maintenance activities. Recently, he was part of the development and successful implementation of an innovative performance regime in London, which has gained considerable customer recognition.  Joe is also responsible for our business in the Nordic regions of Europe.

Joe has worked on large capital projects in oil, nuclear, and defence industries. He joined Cubic in 2000 as head of quality on the London Prestige project.

Originally, Joe was an apprentice mechanical engineer, and obtained an MBA from Brighton University.
