Mari McAvoy
Vice President, Worldwide Human Resources

Mari McAvoy has been with Cubic Transportation Systems since 1995. She was promoted in January 2012 to the newly created position of vice president, worldwide human resources, to support the company's high growth levels in recent years.  In 2011 the company's headcount increased by 10 percent to 1600 employees and that trend is expected to continue.

Mari has held progressive positions in the human resources department, most recently as director of human resources with oversight of all HR activities in North America. 

Mari has a bachelor of arts degree in organisational leadership with a minor in psychology from Chapman University, and also has a certificate in human resource management from San Diego State University.
